The living areas were beautifully clean, and the comfortable bed made for a relaxing night's sleep. The well-equipped kitchen and thoughtful amenities made us feel right at home. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions, and the convenience of ample parking was a bonus. With good TV reception and a wide selection of books, we had plenty of entertainment options. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this cottage for a short stay in the Edinburgh area.

Pale off-white carpets throughout the living areas made it necessary to take off shoes inside. No view from the windows.

Located in a peaceful area, it was the perfect place to stay for our trip to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. The hosts, Kerry and her husband, were incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure we were settled in and had everything we needed. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back.

The hotel breakfast menu could benefit from a few more options, such as additional mugs and cutlery. It would be convenient to have these items readily available, reducing the need for washing up between meals.
